Our garden studios can be tailored to any speciation, and we can be involved from the initial drawings and planning permissions through to completion, with an all in price structure.
The Process
Site Assessment
Initially we just need to know a few details about your space and your requirements, then we arrange a site visit to discuss things further
Design Development
The design development stage includes working closely with you to finalise a exterior and interior layout
Planning Permissions
If planning permission is needed we can draw up and deal with the application process for you. Often a garden room does not require a full planning but only a certificate of lawful development. This is ideal if you want to keep costs down as it avoids any building regulations, we can advise on what you need to do to fall into this category, but the outline details can be found here.
Detailed Design
Once planning permission has been granted, we will provide you with full architectural plans for construction, including material costings, sound proofing, acoustic treatments and furniture specifications.
Construction
During construction we are on hand to either project manage the build or just be on call to help your contractors at any stage
Acoustic Treatments and Furniture
Once the main construction works have been completed, will be step in and take over fitting out the internal space with furniture and acoustic treatments.
