Built within an industrial unit in Saffron Walden for acclaimed producer Jim Abbiss, this huge studio consists of lounge, games room, mezzanine, kitchen dining area and machine room. StudioBuilds designed and managed the build from conception to completion.
The control room is centred around a 48 channel G Series SSL console, which overlooks the live areas. The main 4 meter high, 50 square meter recording space is overlooked by the mezzanine level, under which is the drum room, which backs onto two further isolation booths, and an echo corridor.
